Kalynn Amadio is a 3rd dan black belt in WTF style tae kwon do and instructor with a passion for martial arts. She is dedicated to the spread of taekwondo and it's benefits especially for women, kids and families. When not studying her art, Kalynn is a practicing lighting designer and architectural engineer. She has been dabbling in writing children's literature and is the home manager of her 3 sons, husband, dog, rabbit and goldfish. Most recently, Kalynn has established The Taekwondo Network where visitors can find everything related to tae kwon do for any style or age.
